Return & Refund policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs the sale of Books and Leech Socks through the INTREC website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated below.

1. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of the products and hygiene considerations, the following items are classified as final sale products:

• All Books

• Leech Socks

Books and Leech Socks once sold are not returnable, not exchangeable, and not refundable, except under the limited circumstances defined in this policy.

2. Limited Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Product

A return request will be considered only if:

• The product delivered is physically damaged at the time of delivery, or

• An incorrect product or quantity was delivered.

In such approved cases, a replacement may be issued. Refunds are not standard and will be granted only if replacement is not possible and solely at our discretion.

3. Mandatory Claim Conditions

To qualify for return/replacement review, the customer must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide order number and proof of purchase

• Submit clear photographs of:

  • The product

  • Outer packaging

  • Shipping label

• Keep the product unused and in original condition

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

4. Return Shipping Charges

Where a return is approved under the eligible exception category:

• Return shipping charges must be fully borne by the customer

• We are not responsible for return courier costs

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

• We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit

Replacement shipment (after receipt and verification of returned item) may be arranged by us.

5. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong order placed by customer

• Size selection errors (Leech Socks)

• Minor print or color variations (Books)

• Minor stitching or shade variations (Leech Socks)

• Normal wear or field use

• Gift purchases

• Delivery delays caused by courier services

6. Verification and Final Decision

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our team.

If approved:

• Replacement will be issued subject to stock availability

• If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued at our sole discretion

All decisions after verification shall be final and binding.
